The global livestock industry faces significant challenges in reducing methane emissions while maintaining productivity & feed efficiency. Methane-producing organisms in the digestive systems of livestock not only release potent greenhouse gases but also negatively impact feed efficiency by diverting energy away from the animal’s growth & productivity. To produce our bio-based products, precise light, water, and air conditions are combined in our proprietary algae bioreactors. Our seaweed, microalgae, or cyanobacteria feed on the light and carbon dioxide to generate high-yielding biomass and target metabolites. A continuous culture is maintained indefinitely in homeostasis, with daily harvesting ensuring consistent output.

Energy-efficient filtration systems extract water from the biomass, purifying target metabolites for further refinement. The raw biomass then undergoes a controlled downstream processing phase, where it is stabilized and formulated into high-quality end products for various applications.

Culture water is cycled through our advanced filtration and conditioning system before re-entering the facility for reuse. This fully recirculating process eliminates wastewater discharge, enabling a closed-loop system that ensures sustainable and efficient production.

All of these steps integrate into a modular, automated facility equipped with patented Precision Photosynthesis® technology. This enables year-round, continuous operation, delivering scalable and cost-effective Asparagopsis production. Surf'N'Turf® is a seaweed based stockfeed for ruminant livestock containing seaweed proven to improve rumen digestion & reduce methane production during enteric fermentation. Surf'N'Turf® integrates seamlessly into all types of feed rations without the need for additional equipment or processes.

Our bioactive formulation harnesses the powerful red marine seaweed Asparagopsis to produce a stable dry powder that can be added to the feed ration of any ruminant livestock. Extensively tested, the bioactive compounds in Surf'N'Turf® remain stable under the harshest Australian conditions & in any feed formulation.
